The vivo Watch 5 features a round bezel design that resembles traditional watches. It will be available in four colors: white, black, pink, and silver. There are versions made from both aluminum and stainless steel. The aluminum version weighs 32 grams, while the stainless steel version weighs 35 grams.

Regarding battery life, vivo claims that with Bluetooth mode enabled, the Watch 5 can last up to 22 days. Under dual device mode with eSIM, it has a battery life of 14 days, and in eSIM-only mode, it lasts for 7 days. Charging the watch fully takes about 2 hours.
