Plans to input official identification details

The company suggests an alternative method where verification could occur directly on user devices without sharing data with third parties. However, in states like Texas, the current systems mandate that identification details be verified by third parties.

It remains uncertain whether Pornhub will adhere to the age verification rules in the U.S. The site is currently inaccessible in 17 states, and if it decides to comply with these rules, it is expected to implement similar steps globally in the future.
